MAC Nature: Our Mindfulness Guide

Numerous studies are extolling the health benefits of connecting with the natural world on a regular basis. A simple walk in the woods, or other natural areas (including your own backyard!), can help us find relaxation, joy and an increase in our sense of well-being. Join us to experience and learn some easy and effective techniques to add to your mindfulness repertoire such as purposeful walking, journaling, visualization and activities to engage all of your senses! The beautiful New Hampshire Audubon’s Massabesic sanctuary will be our classroom as we traverse the gentle wooded and mowed field trails.
